We offer training courses on innovation to present the structure, trends and working methods of the startup ecosystem. This is a first phase of approaching a particularly interesting and dynamic environment, acquiring sensitivity to business approaches and philosophy.


The services are divided into three categories:

  • organization of events and workshops with startups/scaleups on frontier technologies
  • development of training courses on the innovation ecosystem
  • mentorship for managers/executives for the adoption of startup methodologies.


It is aimed at companies/funds that want to know the context of innovation and the cutting-edge technologies/methods practiced by startups.

Open M&A


It is a second phase of approaching the world of innovation. From training to direct knowledge: we create meeting opportunities with start-ups and sector experts based on company needs, finalized to collaboration and partnership relationships.


Our methodology:

  • in-depth analysis and definition of areas of interest (e.g. AI, Robotics, ...)
  • search for companies consistent with the needs, refining the objectives in a convergence path, to arrive at a short list of 3/5 target companies
  • presentation of the target innovative startups/SMEs
  • support in the program management of the collaboration


Companies/funds that want to start collaboration projects with innovative startups/SMEs, but have not yet consolidated the methods of strengthening the business and/or want to delve deeper into the market context.

M&A


Third phase, we work alongside companies in the realization of their business plans through the integration of innovative realities, with a view to external growth, acquisition of skills and development of commercial collaborations.
